I liked the fact the room was spacious and had a very good view ! It was close to the metro which I liked very much and made my movement fast easy and stress free ! Aldi just a hyper market just by the corner which was great the hotel helped me weigh my bag before I left for the airport !! The cleaners where so warm and friendly in all I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there again

Bad stay changed mood of travel

There coffee shop and shisha specially Turkish coffee. House keeper nice and helpful.

First inspection when I arrived the staaf on reception not even smile, talking seriously. The things like dental kit and extra towel not available and you should request to bring, cap of shower fall down when I turn the water on, very small toilet, and water accumulated in sink, they fix after I called them. Two glasses of water and only one bottle of water supplied. Whenever you enter the room daily, direct you will receive call from massage center offering you to do, and night club also they will call you for same purpose. I stay in level 5 but still crowded at night.

Bad experience.

Some nice staff. Close to metro station, a few minutes walk.

Cigarets smoked hotel till the top floor, could not breath. Very noisy hotel by musics from the pub in the hotel through the top floor till 3 AM, could not sleep though I used ear plugs. Extremely louded fire alarms many nights I stayed at 4 am, 1 am, 11 pm. could not sleep. Shocked. When entering hotel, noses detected smoke, could not breath well. Less selection breakfast. ** I will not stay again**

Good value for money hotel with a great location

The hotel was very clean and location was great only a 10 minute walk from Al Rigga metro station on the red line.

The hotel has three night clubs - Russian, Arabic and Indian. At night the music can get loud depending on where your room is located. Breakfast was decent but can improve on variety.

Very nice modern hotel

I was really grateful to the staff for being so friendly and helpful upon my early arrival. My room was stylish, spacious and comfortable - the bathroom in particular was exceptional with a refreshing waterfall type shower. The hotel had lots of facilities, including numerous restaurants, nightclubs and a spa. It's also only a five minute walk from the metro, and quick to/from the airport.

Tip - be mindful of the noise from the nightclubs if you're assigned a room on those floors (this wasn't an issue for me though).

It is worthy of going back.

Almost everything was great. Staff, cleanliness, easey to go anywhere from, everyone is friendly and helpfull.

The only thing is that they put me in a smokers room and the smell was annoying.

A very nice and comfortable stay

This is the second time i stayed at Al Sarab,because of its location as it is very close to Al Rigga metro and has 24/7 supermarkets nearby.Al Ghurair centre is also a walking distance. Rooms are very clean .Bed is very cozy and crisp to sleep in.

Wifi is a big trouble here, despite numerous complaints no-one showed up to fix it, so you guys make sure that you have a good wifi plan in your mobile.
